That applies to practical frustrations, collaboration, workload, communication, wellbeing and anything else that affects how people experience the work or each other.
You should never feel like you have to sit alone with something that affects your wellbeing, the team or the work itself.

AMO helps look after both the physical and psychological work environment across Make®.
To support this work more formally, we also carry out a workplace assessment, APV, at least every three years and whenever larger changes affect how we work. The purpose is simple: To understand what works well, what could improve and where we should take action.
The APV covers both the physical workplace, such as workstations, lighting, air quality and safety, and the psychological work environment, including workload, collaboration, expectations, well-being and work-life balance.
After each APV, AMO shares the main findings, identifies relevant improvements and creates an action plan with clear follow-up and responsibilities.
A good workplace is not something we set and forget. It is something we keep improving together.
