Handbook

What if I get sick?

Then stay home and recover properly.

If you are sick, send a SMS to Morten or Kristoffer between 6:30 and 8:00. No long explanation needed. Please also update the office on Slack so teams and planning can adjust accordingly.

If you are sick for more than three days, one of the partners will give you a call to check in and see how you are doing.

And please do remember: If you are sick, you are sick. We do not expect you to work from home, answer emails from bed or attend meetings with a blanket over your knees and boxes of Kleenex holding you upright.

Focus on getting better. The work will probably still be here tomorrow.

And please remember: All absence – planned or unplanned – should be registered in Productive.

Clarity creates space

At Make, clarity is about saying what we mean, setting direction and making things understandable – for clients, for teams and for each other. When things make sense, people can focus. And when people can focus, great work happens.

Clarity creates the mental, creative and strategic space for:

  • better work
  • stronger collaboration
  • smarter decisions
  • faster progress

It’s both operational and human.

When things are unclear, energy drains away – people hesitate, second-guess, and work around each other.
Clarity does the opposite. It aligns expectations, reduces friction and makes it easier to move forward together.
