So do we. The meetings, the coffee, the rhythm, the work, the people – and yes, even Mondays.
Our standard working hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00-17:00 and Friday 9:00-16:30, including a 30-minute self-paid lunch break.
You are welcome to arrive anytime between 8:00 and 9:30. Naturally, that means adjusting accordingly later in the day and making sure meetings, responsibilities and planning still work smoothly across the team. We generally try to be in the office around the same time as much as possible. It simply makes collaboration easier, faster and more human.
Some moments are fixed: Monday Morning Meeting from 9:00-9:45 every week and We Love Fridays from 14:30-16:00 on the first Friday of every month. For those, please always be present and ready on time, because someone has prepared something. Be engaged and well caffeinated.
If you need recurring flexibility because life happens outside Outlook, align it with Morten or Kristoffer. We will try to find a setup that works for both you and the team.
