Handbook

What if I still have questions?

Hopefully. It usually means you are paying attention.

No handbook can explain every situation or replace good judgment, open dialogue and common sense.

The goal of this handbook is not to create a rule for everything. It is to create enough clarity that people can work well together, make thoughtful decisions and know where to go when something feels unclear.

And like Make® itself, this handbook will continue evolving over time. New questions appear. Better ways of working emerge. Things change. That is usually a healthy sign.

If you are unsure about something, ask.

Talk to your colleagues. Or whoever seems most likely to know the answer before Slack turns it into a group research project or AI becomes your most trusted colleague.

Most things become easier once we talk about them.

The handbook helps. People matter more.

Welcome to Make®.

Clarity creates space

At Make, clarity is about saying what we mean, setting direction and making things understandable – for clients, for teams and for each other. When things make sense, people can focus. And when people can focus, great work happens.

Clarity creates the mental, creative and strategic space for:

  • better work
  • stronger collaboration
  • smarter decisions
  • faster progress

It’s both operational and human.

When things are unclear, energy drains away – people hesitate, second-guess, and work around each other.
Clarity does the opposite. It aligns expectations, reduces friction and makes it easier to move forward together.
