Handbook

What if people fall in love?

If it is with your work, we fully support it. If it is with your colleague, please read on.

Good relationships, friendships and chemistry are a natural part of working closely with other people. Some colleagues even end up becoming partners outside work too. Life occasionally has its own plans.

What matters is that everyone at Make® feels safe, respected and comfortable at work with colleagues, clients and collaborators alike.

Sexual harassment is not accepted. This includes words, behaviour, comments, messages, jokes, gestures or physical contact that make someone feel intimidated, uncomfortable or disrespected.

It does not matter whether it comes from a colleague, client, supplier or partner. And it does not matter whether it was “meant that way” or not. What matters is in this case is how it is experienced.

If someone crosses a line, and they do not understand it from your reaction, please speak to Morten, Kristoffer, AMO representative or someone you trust. We will help make the line very clear.

Work should be a place for trust, respect and good chemistry – never unwanted attention.

Clarity creates space

At Make, clarity is about saying what we mean, setting direction and making things understandable – for clients, for teams and for each other. When things make sense, people can focus. And when people can focus, great work happens.

Clarity creates the mental, creative and strategic space for:

  • better work
  • stronger collaboration
  • smarter decisions
  • faster progress

It’s both operational and human.

When things are unclear, energy drains away – people hesitate, second-guess, and work around each other.
Clarity does the opposite. It aligns expectations, reduces friction and makes it easier to move forward together.
