Who keeps the office looking so good?

We all do.

The office is cleaned every evening, but the feeling of the space is something we create together during the day, between meetings and after lunch.

So please give a helping hand where you can: Clear your desk, put cups and cutlery in the dishwasher, bring canteen plates back downstairs, and leave meeting rooms and shared spaces ready for the next person.

And if you take the last biscuit from the drawer, the universal office rule applies: Throw out the empty package and refill the supply for the next person. Civilisation depends on it.

Small things, but they make a huge difference.

Clarity creates space

At Make, clarity is about saying what we mean, setting direction and making things understandable – for clients, for teams and for each other. When things make sense, people can focus. And when people can focus, great work happens.

Clarity creates the mental, creative and strategic space for:

  • better work
  • stronger collaboration
  • smarter decisions
  • faster progress

It’s both operational and human.

When things are unclear, energy drains away – people hesitate, second-guess, and work around each other.
Clarity does the opposite. It aligns expectations, reduces friction and makes it easier to move forward together.
