To keep our work consistent and on-brand, use the shared templates and assets on the server. This includes presentation and document templates, budget templates, Arrangement Letters, Terms & Conditions, approved fonts, logos, imagery and other brand assets.
And yes, we know most presentations begin life as a slightly modified version of another presentation. That is simply how civilisation currently operates. But do everyone a favour once in a while and start from the actual template instead of inheriting six years of formatting archaeology.
If you are unsure which version to use, check the server or ask a colleague.
