Can I control the office playlist?

Please do. But dictatorship by Bluetooth is discouraged.

Music is part of the office atmosphere, and we like hearing the tunes that keep people going. Just remember that it is a shared office space, not a festival stage.

Use headphones when needed, be considerate of colleagues who need focus, and read the room before turning anything up.

If in doubt, then maybe lower the volume.

Clarity creates space

At Make, clarity is about saying what we mean, setting direction and making things understandable – for clients, for teams and for each other. When things make sense, people can focus. And when people can focus, great work happens.

Clarity creates the mental, creative and strategic space for:

  • better work
  • stronger collaboration
  • smarter decisions
  • faster progress

It’s both operational and human.

When things are unclear, energy drains away – people hesitate, second-guess, and work around each other.
Clarity does the opposite. It aligns expectations, reduces friction and makes it easier to move forward together.
