Yes, when it makes sense. But Make® works best when we are together. Ideas move faster, questions get answered quicker, and the small everyday moments matter.
Being here is part of investing in the team, the culture and the work.
Working from home can be an occasional option when it makes sense. It is not a weekly allowance or a standing habit, and should generally not exceed one day per week – only Tuesday to Thursday – unless agreed in advance.
A remote day can be shorter than a full day. It still counts as your remote day for the week.
Add remote workdays to your calendar in good time, preferably no later than Friday for the following week. Remote work should be planned rather than announced spontaneously on the day itself.
When it is already visible in the calendar, there is no need for Slack messages unless plans suddenly change.
A remote day is still a full working day: Be available, responsive, on time for meetings and with your camera on.
Mondays and Fridays are spent together in the office, as are days with client meetings, workshops, sessions, team meetings or other collaboration moments.
Use the flexibility well, and keep the team in mind.
And honestly, we like having you around.
At Make, clarity is about saying what we mean, setting direction and making things understandable – for clients, for teams and for each other. When things make sense, people can focus. And when people can focus, great work happens.
Clarity creates the mental, creative and strategic space for:
It’s both operational and human.
When things are unclear, energy drains away – people hesitate, second-guess, and work around each other. Clarity does the opposite. It aligns expectations, reduces friction and makes it easier to move forward together.
