Through honest conversations, good sparring and ongoing dialogue.
If something feels unclear, exciting, frustrating or important, talk about it. Most things are easier to solve while they are still small enough to move.
That said, a little structure never hurts.
Once a year, we hold an employee development conversation, MUS, to talk about the year that went, and your role, well-being, ambitions, development going forward. Salary discussions are also part of this conversation.
Before the conversation, you will receive Make®’s conversation tool to help you prepare. Afterwards, you will receive a recap of what was discussed and agreed.
In between, quarterly one-on-ones with Morten or Kristoffer are encouraged and yours to schedule. Use them for feedback, sparring, sense-checks or raising something early before it becomes bigger than it needs to be.
Development rarely happens in one big moment. It moves through ongoing conversations, shared experiences and continuous feedback.
At Make, clarity is about saying what we mean, setting direction and making things understandable – for clients, for teams and for each other. When things make sense, people can focus. And when people can focus, great work happens.
Clarity creates the mental, creative and strategic space for:
It’s both operational and human.
When things are unclear, energy drains away – people hesitate, second-guess, and work around each other. Clarity does the opposite. It aligns expectations, reduces friction and makes it easier to move forward together.
