Ask questions. Pay attention to how things are done. Take part in projects, conversations and the everyday rhythm of the office. And when you feel ready, challenge assumptions if something seems unclear, unnecessary or just strangely accepted for no good reason.
No one expects you to know everything from day one. What matters more is curiosity, initiative and a willingness to contribute and learn alongside the people around you.
You will usually have a colleague helping you settle in and navigate both the practical questions and the less obvious ones.
